Recipe: Banana, praline cookies, oats flakes

This cookie recipe gives a rustic touch to your breakfast, ideal for a good time with the family.

  • 1 egg
  • 110 g soft butter
  • 50 g caster sugar
  • 70 g brown sugar
  • 180 g wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 70 g oats flakes
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 200 g praline

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180 °. Sift the flour with the yeast and salt.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix the butter with the sugars until you get a creamy texture. Then add the egg and the banana cut into rings. Mix everything to obtain a smooth texture. Add the oats and sifted flour. Mix then incorporate the pralinoise cut into pieces. Bake for 15 minutes.
