With this recipe you will fill up with fruits and vitamins! ideal for snack time, enjoy this cake with a good fresh tea or a smoothie.

  • 3 eggs
  • 150g of butter
  • 50g of blueberry jam
  • 150g of sugar
  • 170g of flour
  • 500g of blueberries

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.

Step 2

Mix the eggs and sugar until the mixture is pale and thick.

Step 3

Gently fold in the flour with a wooden spoon. Add the melted butter and the blueberry jam and mix to obtain a homogeneous paste.

Step 4

Fill a cake mold (buttered) with this mixture. Add the fresh blueberries and distribute evenly.

Step 5

Bake for 30 minutes.
