Recipe: Chocolate and pineapple puffed rice

An original recipe for a breakfast full of freshness and delicacy. Add a fromage blanc to complete this early meal. Fresh pineapple cubes and chocolate puffed rice in a verrine or in a bowl.

  • 1 fresh pineapple
  • 4 mint leaves
  • 130 g of chocolate puffed rice
  • 30 g of dark chocolate

Step 1

Remove the skin from the pineapple by cutting blackheads flush. Cut the fruit in four, remove the heart and cut the flesh into 1 cm cubes.

Step 2

Laver et couper en fines lanières la menthe. La mélanger avec l’ananas.

Step 3

Melt the chocolate in a bowl in the microwave. Add the chocolate puffed rice and mix to obtain nuggets.

Step 4

In bowls, divide the pineapple and add the cereal on top at the last moment.
