Recipe - Chocolate fondant and heart of jam

What could be better than a good homemade muffin to please the children? Today, we offer a lighter version thanks to its heart of jam.

  • 200g of chocolate
  • 150g of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 100g of flour
  • 200g of butter
  • 1 jar of jam of your choice

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Step 2 

Melt the butter and chocolate, stirring well until you get a smooth and even mixture.

Step 3

Mix the flour, sugar and eggs in a bowl.

Step 4

When the butter and chocolate are melted, add them to the flour mixture and mix well.

Step 5

Divide half of the preparation into buttered muffin cups.

Step 6

Bake for 10 minutes.

Step 7

Then take the fondants out of the oven and place in the center of each 1 tbsp. heaped coffee of your choice of jam. Cover with the remaining dough.

Step 8

Bake again for 10 minutes, checking the doneness.
