- 1 puff pastry
- 4 eggs
- 1 jar of jam of your choice
- 100g of butter
- 80g of sugar
- 125g of grated coconut
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
Place the dough in a mold and prick the bottom of it. Melt the butter.
In a bowl, combine the sugar, eggs, melted butter, grated coconut and vanilla sugar.
Cover the dough with the jam and cover it with the coconut cream.
Bake at 170 ° C for 30 to 40 minutes. Decorate with grated coconut right out of the oven and let cool for 1 hour.
