Looking for freshness? Here is a recipe that will make you travel thanks to the coconut. Play with flavors by choosing exotic and original jams.

  • 1 puff pastry
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 jar of jam of your choice
  • 100g of butter
  • 80g of sugar
  • 125g of grated coconut
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.

Step 2

Place the dough in a mold and prick the bottom of it. Melt the butter.

Step 3

In a bowl, combine the sugar, eggs, melted butter, grated coconut and vanilla sugar.

Step 4

Cover the dough with the jam and cover it with the coconut cream.

Step 5

Bake at 170 ° C for 30 to 40 minutes. Decorate with grated coconut right out of the oven and let cool for 1 hour.
