Recipe - Crumble with nuts and red berry jam

This surprising recipe will delight your guests or your children! With this gourmet crumble, lightness and flavor will be there.

  • 400g of red fruits
  • 125g of walnuts
  • 125g of powdered sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 200g of red fruit jam
  • 125g of flour
  • 125g of soft butter

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Step 2 

In a salad bowl, mix the red fruits with the red berry jam.

Step 3

Butter a baking dish and divide the preparation. Reserve aside.

Step 4

Finely crush the walnut kernels then mix them to obtain a fine powder.

Step 5

In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, walnut powder, soft butter and powdered sugar with your hands until you get a smooth, sandy dough.

Step 6

Crumble the sandy dough over the berry filling in the mold.

Step 7

Bake for 20 minutes, until the crumble is golden brown.

Step 8

Take out of the oven and let the crumble cool for a few minutes.
