  • 110g of flour
  • 55g of butter
  • 15g of almond powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 30g of potato starch
  • 50g of icing sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch of vanilla powder
  • 8 figs
  • Grape jam

Step 1

Sift the flour.

Step 2

In a salad bowl, mix the softened butter with the icing sugar, cornstarch, almond powder, vanilla and a pinch of salt to obtain a creamy mixture.

Step 3

Stir in the egg, then the flour and mix well until you get a ball of dough.

Step 4

Spread the dough between 2 sheets of baking paper and let stand for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Step 5

Preheat the oven to 160 ° C.

Step 6

Insert the pie plate and prick the bottom with a fork.

Step 7

Bake for 10 minutes.

Step 8

Cut the figs into 6 quarters.

Step 9

Take the dough out of the oven and spread the grape jam on it.

Step 10

Arrange the fig quarters, tip up.

Step 11

Bake again for about 20 minutes.
