For your holiday meals, offer unusual appetizers! These foie gras lollipops, tender in the mouth, will whet the appetite of your guests. Fun and playful, they will be perfect for a first discovery of foie gras.

Ingredients

  • 100 g of foie gras
  • Cocoa Powder
  • Crushed almonds

Step 1

Cut the foie gras into squares and form small balls of foie gras by rolling the squares in the palm of your hands.

Step 2

Coat each ball in cocoa or crushed almonds to flavor them.

Step 3

Prick them on small skewers or toothpicks.

Step 4

Enjoy it chilled.
