Recipe: Muesli crumble with plums

Crumble, a British dessert, is known for its crisp first layer and its soft, fruity heart. In this recipe, plums bring an acidic side that will awaken your taste buds.

  • 8 large red plums
  • 170 g of sugar
  • 140 g of flour
  • 100 g of butter
  • 30 g of muesli
  • 1 tbsp of butter
  • 1 pinch of salt

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Prepare the crumbs by mixing all the ingredients with your fingertips (flour, sugar, muesli, butter, salt). The preparation must be homogeneous.

Step 2

Wash and cut the fruit in 2. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a very hot pan and sauté the plums for 5-6 minutes.

Step 3

In ramekins, put a little crumbs on the bottom, arrange the plums and cover with crumbs.

Step 4

Put the ramekins in the hot oven and cook for about 40 minutes. Serve hot or warm.
