Ideal for an aperitif, these pastry toasts will amaze your guests in any season. You can also use this recipe with black cherry confit or fig jam.

Ingredients

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Step 2 

Roll out the dough, cut out squares.

Step 3

Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Prick the center with a fork.

Step 4

Spread a spoonful of onion confit, place a slice of goat cheese in the center. Sprinkle with herbs and pine nuts.

Step 5

Put in the oven for 15 minutes.
