- 2 puff pastry
- 1 jar of raspberry jam
- 4 apples
- 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
- Fresh cream
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Cut the puff pastry in half, and work each piece in circles, so that you can cover an apple.
Wash, peel and core each apple. Place each on a round of puff pastry.
Fill the apples with the raspberry jam, then sprinkle half a packet of vanilla sugar on each of the apples.
Place a knob of butter on top and close each round of dough, moistening the edges to seal them.
Brush the dough with a base of cream.
Bake for 15min.
