Recipe - Puff pastry with raspberry jam

Today, revisit the traditional apple puff pastry. With this recipe, you are sure to please young and old alike.

Ingredients

  • 2 puff pastry
  • 1 jar of raspberry jam
  • Butter
  • 4 apples
  • 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
  • Fresh cream

 

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Step 2

Cut the puff pastry in half, and work each piece in circles, so that you can cover an apple.

Step 3

Wash, peel and core each apple. Place each on a round of puff pastry.

Step 4

Fill the apples with the raspberry jam, then sprinkle half a packet of vanilla sugar on each of the apples.

Step 5

Place a knob of butter on top and close each round of dough, moistening the edges to seal them.

Step 6

Brush the dough with a base of cream.

Step 7

Bake for 15min.
