Such a long cake, it's perfect for planting birthday candles or for a large family! And for a successful tasting, accompany it with skewers of fresh fruit and flavored milk.

Ingredients

 Step 1

With a mixer, mix the cereals into a very fine powder.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 275 ° c. Butter a sheet of aluminum foil and line the bottom of a dripping pan. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites until stiff with salt. Without beating, add the egg yolks, then the powdered sugar and finally the mixed cereals. The dough obtained is frothy and very airy.

Step 3

Pour the dough into the buttered drip pan. Put in the oven. After 2 min, switch off the oven and continue cooking for 5 to 6 min; the cake should be puffed and nicely browned.

Step 4

Take the baking sheet out of the oven and turn it over on a clean cloth, delicately remove the aluminum foil.

Step 5

With a brush, gently coat the surface of the cake with strawberry jam and roll the log over itself, tightly. Decorate with a few cereals.
