Recipe: Sand Rose Cupcakes

An original and crispy cupcake recipe, ideal for young and old. A cupcake that will allow you to discover the sand roses.

  • 125 g of soft butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 g of caster sugar
  • 100g of flour
  • 1/3 sachet of baking powder
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 150 g of corn flakes
  • 150 g of dark chocolate

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. In a bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar and vanilla, give a hand whip then add the soft butter and little by little the flour and baking powder.

Step 2

Place paper boxes in muffin tins. Using a spoon, fill each box. Bake 20 minutes. Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie, remove from the heat and add the chocolate corn flakes, mix everything gently, leave to cool for 5 minutes (the mixture should not be too runny, add corn flakes if necessary).

Step 3

With a tablespoon, place a small pile of chocolate cornflakes on the cupcake. Let cool completely and harden before serving.
