A crisp recipe for a good breakfast. Top up with warm milk and an apple, or a fruit and milk shake or yogurt. A cookie to prepare the day before.

- 80g of plain yogurt
- 130g of flour
- 90g of sugar
- 30g of butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 sachet of yeast
- 90g of chocolate puffed rice
Preheat the oven to 180°c. In a bowl, combine the sugar and eggs, add the flour, baking powder and yogurt
In a 18 cm round mold, pour 3/4 of the dough, sprinkle with a handful of chocolate puffed rice, cover with the rest of the dough and sprinkle with the rest of the puffed rice.
Pack lightly and bake for 20 minutes.
Check the doneness by planting a knife point in the middle of the cake. If it comes out dry, it is cooked.
