Recipe: White chocolate and red fruit verrine

Opt for this light dessert but also full of delicacies. With this sweet verrine recipe, you will find the round and greedy side of white chocolate, counterbalanced by the acidity of red fruits. A fairly classic agreement but which will still have an effect on your guests.

  • Cooking: 5 min


  • 1 packet of small cookies
  • 50g of red fruit jam
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 200g of white chocolate
  • 50g of butter
  • 5 egg whites

Step 1

Crumble the cookies.

Step 2

Melt the chocolate with the butter cut into pieces.

Step 3

Add the egg yolks off the heat, stirring vigorously.

Step 4

Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt.

Step 5

Incorporate the egg whites, spoon by spoon into the preparation, gently lifting the mixture.

Step 6

Pour a few cookies in the bottom of several verrines.

Step 7

Cover with a layer of white chocolate mousse.

Step 8

Add a layer of cookies again, then a layer of white chocolate mousse mixed with the red fruit jam. Finish with a layer of cookies.

Step 9

Serve as fresh.
