Recipe: Speculoos and Carambar Cookies

A clever mix of speculoos paste, oatmeal, vanilla, and Carambar, which will delight young and old! Do not hesitate to bite into these sweet and crunchy cookies at the same time.

  • 80 g of oats flakes
  • 115 g of butter
  • 130 g of speculoos paste
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon of liquid vanilla extract
  • 95 g of flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 4 Carambar

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and cut the Carambar into small pieces.

Step 2

Melt the butter for a few seconds in the microwave and then mix it with the speculoos paste.

Step 3

Add the egg while continuing to mix, then the liquid vanilla.

Step 4

Stir in all dry ingredients (flour, oats, bicarbonate and salt), stirring briefly. Spread the equivalent of a tablespoon of dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, spacing them out and placing a few dices of Carambar in the center.

Step 5

Bake for 13 to 15 minutes at 180 ° C. Wait a few moments after removing from the oven to remove them from the plate.
