Tips to make your brunch a success

Brunch with family or friends is always a pleasant occasion, but it still requires some preparation. Give your guests an unforgettable moment and more indulgence. Treat yourself by playing on sweet and savory, on unexpected combinations that will awaken your taste buds.

The essentials to put on the table ...

We start by offering a cheese platter, whole fruit or salad and already cut vegetables are ready to use. We also don't forget the dishes cooked in sweet but also in savory!

For the sweet side of our brunch, we think of plain yogurt or fruit. We also of course think of pastries and different varieties of bread (nuts, olives, cereals, etc.). We add gluttony with honey or maple syrup and jam.

For the savory side, we offer the basics with an omelet, bacon, sausages and ham. To finish your brunch in style, don't forget to offer your guests chocolate, nougat or other sweet treats.

… And in your glasses!

Again there is something for everyone. For the youngest, think of hot chocolate or juices: orange, apple, lemonade, or smoothies. For the older ones, we will offer coffees, with or without alcohol, various teas and herbal teas.
