The cassoulet with Confit Duck sleeves is easy to prepare and of great culinary quality. This original recipe will delight your guests. There are many variations of cassoulet. The only constants are beans, pork rind and traditional cooking. For the rest, there are three distinct traditions: Castelnaudary, Carcassonne and Toulouse. We offer you, with this dish, a vision of cassoulet inspired by Toulouse tradition. Two candied sleeves of our best ducks are cooked like cassoulet with Tarbais beans, label rouge, added to pork sausage with its cooked juice and some carrots. We thus obtain this succulent cassoulet that our quality fatty ducks come wonderfully to sublimate.

Nothing faster and more delicious to prepare for your meal: a traditional cassoulet with duck confit. Pour the contents of the jar into a baking dish. You can cover it with breadcrumbs and reheat it for 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Before serving, brown under the broiler for 2 to 3 minutes. To taste with a red wine.
